The Writings On The Stall

Was somewhat amused by some scribblings I saw on the door of a bathroom stall at Uni today (though by no means do I advocate vandalism!). The first read:

"My boyfriend is a t-rex and I think I love him"
And a reply was scrawled back:

"OMG. You're going out with a dinosaur?"

My Torrid Affair

Before you proceed, I would just like to state that this is a confessional piece.
Yes, I've been having an affair, and I'm not proud of it.

Ivanny first introduced us a few months ago. The moment we first met, I immediately KNEW that there was an instant connection between us. It was overwhelming, and I couldn't help myself.
Every rendezvous was like a burst of sunlight filling me. It was so good, yet it made me feel so guilty. I had vowed to be faithful, not to stray, but temptation got the better of me each time. I told myself that it would just be that one time, but that one time led to another, and another. I decided that we should keep away from each other for a while, but recently, our paths crossed again, and every moment was heaven, yet not without that same nagging guilt after each clandestine (and sometimes not so clandestine - others knew) meeting. The feeling I got after each encounter made me feel a bit sick in my stomach. Why do I constantly put myself through this?
This afternoon, we met again - twice. And it was after our second meeting of the day that I decided to end it.

So I told the caramel slice, "Look, you're really sweet, but I just don't think it's gonna work out between us."

What? You didn't think I was talking about a man, did ya?

The Flog Entries: Day 5

*Burp*
M picked me up early this morning so we could get some breakfast before we headed to Uni. Thought we were going to the Newsroom cafe, so I'd planned to have smoked salmon omelette, but I suddenly had a craving for Coffee Club's big breakfast, and believe me, it's BIG. The waiter told us upon serving us, "Enjoy, Sir. Good luck, Ma'am"

Breakfast:
Large latte
Big breakfast (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, chipolata sausages, bacon, toast [didn't eat], hash browns [gave these to M] and steak [unusually tough, so didn't eat])

Mid-morning break:
Latte

Lunch/Dinner:
Salad with shredded chicken, feta cheese, boiled egg and italian dressing
Ginger milk tea

Dinner:
Coffee

Chicken & bak choy in soy sauce and honey
Dhal
Sardines and beans

The Flog Entries: Day 4

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with mushroom and cheese
Lamb sausage (I've found that grilling it cooks it more thoroughly)
2 coffees
1/2 cup yoghurt

Lunch:
Warm salad with mushroom and feta and cheddar (repetitive, yes, I know. Wanted to add turkey ham but our darn fridge was so cold it was frozen!)
Cup of ginger tea
1 slice cheese

Pre-dinner:
1 slice turkey ham (no longer frozen) with half a slice of cheese

Dinner:
Beef Brisket with veggies*

Coffee

*You can't imagine how exhorbitant the price of food here is! I paid AUD$10.50 for my plate of beef brisket with rice (which I didn't eat of course. And I was already stuffed from just the beef!). Oh and a plate of prata with curry is about 10bux too! Madness!

I'm battling this lit review right now. Planning to put in a nerdy day at the library tomorrow. Hoping to get this done by Sunday!

A small piece of parmesan chicken that I nicked from M
Large latte

Dinner:
5 strong whiskies neat
Leftover chicken

P.S I didn't really have all that whisky. A friend of mine really wanted to contribute to my blog.
